Bayouth The New Miss Liberal 2014

A new Miss Liberal was crowned Sunday afternoon at the Jim Maskus Auditorium at Liberal High School. In front of a large crowd, Emily Bayouth was crowned Miss Liberal 2014 by the outgoing Miss Liberal, Giovanna Baca. Emily owned the afternoon as not only did she win the title, Miss Liberal, but she also won the Private Interview Award, shared the Eveningwear award with Holly Hinkle, and the Adrienne Rosel Bulinski, "Quality Of Life"Award. The Artistic Expression in Talent Award went to 1st Runner-up, Holly Hinkle, who also won the Physical Fitness in Swimwear Award and shared the Eveningwear Award with Bayouth. 2nd Runner-up Olivia Robinson. Also competing were last years runner-up, Tabitha Barnett, Jessica Martinez, Kyanna Carter, and Rachel Meyer. Over $7000 in scholarships along with several other gifts and gift certificates were presented to all the contestants. Miss Kansas 2013, Theresa Vail was unable to attend due to the weather. Jack Ewing of Pratt emceed the Pageant.
