Pancake Day Talent Show prelims set for Feb. 1

Area and local residents are invited to enter the 2014 Pancake Day Talent Show. Preliminaries are set for Sat., Feb. 1, 2014, with the finals slated for Mar. 3.  Both events will be held in the James Maskus Auditorium at Liberal High School. During the preliminary round, judges will score all entries and select contestants to advance to the finals. The contest is open to all types of entertainment and all entertainers are welcome.
 
Entries for the preliminary competition must be postmarked by Jan. 22, 2014, or hand delivered by 2 p.m. Jan. 25 to the Tourist Information Center, One Yellow Brick Road, Liberal, Kans. No entries will be accepted after this time. The Pancake Day Talent Show is sponsored by the Liberal Lions Club.
