Pancake Baby 2009

Lizbeth Cristma Garay and mom

We have a new Pancake Day Baby!!! Lizbeth Cristma Garay made her appearance at Southwest Medical Center at 8:22 a.m. on February 25, weighing in at 8 pounds and 10 ounces. She was 20.5 inches long. Welcoming her were her proud parents, Vilma Florescarranza and Jesus Garay of Ulysses, Kansas . Lizbeth and her parents received a gift basket from the International Pancake Day Board and a stroller from Southwest Medical Center for being the first baby born at Southwest Medical Center on or after Pancake Day 2009. Lizbeth is wearing her new apron and scarf presented to her from the Pancake Board.
