Comments from Coach Julie Tucker:

Tonight was a good night for us as we clenched the title of Hi-Plains league season champs. The Lakin match was a great match. It was extremely intense in the third set and I felt like we showed a lot of growth as we fought them off in the third set after they trounced us in set two. That type of match is going to make us so much better as we get into post-season play. Also, our JV went 3-0 tonight! The varsity record is now 19-12 and 9-0 in the Hi-Plains League.

Next up: League tournament Saturday at Cimarron
