Two Seward Lady Saints had impressive enough freshman seasons to earn the right to play in all star games this summer. Rachel Barnes, a 5'9" freshman from Windsor, Connecticut will play in the NJCAA Coach's Association All Star Game July 10-12th. She's named one of the top 35 players in the country after averaging 13 points, eight rebounds, and four steals per game for 28-6 Seward. She was named first team all Region 6. Megan Lassley, the 5'4" freshman from Wichita South will play in the College Coach's Network All Star game in Tulsa July 10-12th. Lassley averaged nine points and five assists per game.
