Great Britton
08/27/2011
Cliff Abbott

It doesn't count, but sophomore Britton Abbott really did it all Friday night in the Redskin scrimmage at Redskin Field.  The sophomore signal caller found sophomore Trenton Hammond for touchdowns of 50 and 30 yards.  Abbott also ran for a 35 yard score and picked off a pass for a touchdown.  Justin McPhail also intercepted a pass for a touchdown.

Liberal opens at Ulysses Friday night at 7 p.m.  Ulysses head coach Jason Kenny and his staff were in attendance for the game.  KSCB's coverage Friday night begins with the 5 p.m. Coach Speak show and a 6 p.m. Redskin Pre-game show.  The Kansas High School Scoreboard Show begins at 10 p.m.  Talkradio 1270, kscbnews.net, and Windjammer Cable channel 9 will have high school football coverage from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Friday nights this fall.
