Sublette Wins Regional Meet

The Sublette boys won the Meade 2A Regional meet Friday by scoring 108 points. Decatur scored 64 for a distant second place. Stanton County took fourth with 57 while Meade scored 45 for sixth. The Ellis girls won the meet with 97 and Sublette placed second with 81. Here are the listening area first place winners in 4-1A.

800- Eric Ruth (Stanton County) 2:03.32

110 hurdles- Taylor Headrick (Meade) 14.90

300 hurdles- Taylor Headrick (Meade) 42.03

4x400- Acevedo, Bruce, Hibbard, and Holloway (Sublette) 3:23.05

High jump- Brandon Webb (Sublette) 6-05.00

Pole vault- Dalton Cole (Sublette) 14-00.00

Long jump- Manny Acevedo (Sublette) 21-04.75

Javelin- Tanner Wiens (Meade) 169-08

300 hurdles- Aileen Gonzalez (Sublette) 45.64

Long jump- Megan Kuehler (Satanta) 15-08.75

Rolla's boys placed third with 56 points trailing only Ashland (111) and Pawnee Heights (82).
