Area Golfers Swing Away at State

It's state golf Monday in the Sunflower State.  Liberal's Alex Colvin and Zane Ralston compete in 5A at Newton.  Colvin shot an 85 and Ralston added an 89 at regionals in Hays.

In 4A, Ulysses sends their team to Hutchinson meaning Jacob Mendoza, Brady Buxman, Austin Cantrell, Jonah Pfingsten, Charis Maline, and Anthony De Corrall qualify to state today.

In 3A at Salina, Ethan Davis and Taylor Collins of Southwestern Heights are at state.

In 2A at Buffalo Dunes in Garden City, Elkhart, Stanton County, and Meade send their teams to state.  Meade's team includes Austin Jansonius, Mark Finster, Adrian Pfrannenstiel, Colton Little, Morgan Davis, and Blake Wornkey.  Elkhart's team includes Cole Parks, Colton Hardy, Michael McCallion, Hunter Burrnett, Damion Weatherman, and Braden Harbour.  The Stanton County team includes Brad Ellis, Seth Holiday, Gage Martin, Scott Campbell, Adrian Gum, and Broc Ellis.  Sublette's Kyle Stokes also goes for a state title Monday.
