First District Congressman Tim Huelskamp will host an open house for constituents at the official opening of his Dodge City District Office on Monday, February 7, 2011 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM Central Time. The office is located at 100 Military Avenue, Suite 204, Dodge City, KS 67801. Congressman Huelskamp and staff from his district offices will greet constituents during the open house. Light refreshments will be provided. “The District offices are an essential part of a Congressional operation,” Congressman Huelskamp said. “They provide constituents with the opportunity to receive face-to-face assistance with navigating the federal government. It is our goal to provide the same, top-quality constituent service people of the Big First have come to expect from their congressman.” The Dodge City office will serve as the Congressman’s primary district office. Constituents seeking assistance at the Dodge City office may visit any time between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday to Friday. Congressman Huelskamp’s other district offices are located in Hutchinson and Salina. They are open and providing services to constituents already, but dates for open houses will be announced at a later time. More information is available at http://huelskamp.house.gov
