MEADE LINE BY LATE MORNING...

.GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE INTO THE 25 TO 35 MPH RANGE
BY LATE MORNING AS STRONG WINDS LOCATED IN THE LOWER LEVELS OF THE
ATMOSPHERE MIX DOWN TO THE SURFACE. NORTHWEST WINDS WILL CONTINUE
AT AROUND 30 MPH THROUGH THE LATE AFTERNOON BEFORE STARTING TO
TAPERING OFF EARLY THIS EVENING.

ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM CDT /9 AM MDT/ THIS
MORNING TO 7 PM CDT /6 PM MDT/ THIS EVENING.

* TIMING...FROM LATE MORNING UNTIL 7 PM THIS EVENING

* WINDS...NORTHWEST WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS AS HIGH AS 45
  MPH.

* IMPACTS...THE STRONG WINDS WILL MAKE TRAVEL DIFFICULT ESPECIALLY
  FOR THOSE IN HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. LIGHTWEIGHT ITEMS SUCH AS
  TRASH CARTS AND LAWN FURNITURE WILL EASILY BE BLOWN AROUND.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
