The Liberal boys' hopes of hosting a first round playoff game took a hit Saturday in Great Bend with a 47-40 loss.  The Redskins are 6-12 overall and 1-5 in the WAC.  The Redskins trailed 21-15 at halftime and shot just 33 percent from the field.  Cade Hinkle led the Skins with nine points while Britton Abbott and Blake Stout had eight a piece.  LHS was just 5-11 at the foul line.  Liberal  hosts Garden City Tuesday in the Big House on 1270 and kscbnews.net.
