Trick Or Treating At Meade State Park This Weekend

On Saturday October 12th at 6:00 p.m., Meade State Park will host “Halloween in the Park”. The evening will kick off with a pancake and sausage supper. Fee is free-will donation with a $4.00 minimum per person. There will be some games and a costume contest, weather permitting. Starting around dark, is when the trick or treating will start. The Meade County Trolley will be providing free rides. Trick or treating will take place in the Lakeview and Cedar camp loops. There will be a haunted trail, for those who choose to venture out on it. Join in for a safe fun filled evening. If you have any questions, please call the park office at 620-873-2572. This event is being sponsored in part by the Friends of Meade State Park and Lake.
