Advance Voting Ends On Today

Advance voting in Seward County will end today. Those wishing to cast a ballot before Tuesday’s General Election need to go to the Seward County Clerks office before noon today. Polls will open at 7:00am on Tuesday April the 7th and will remain open until 7:00pm Tuesday evening. All voting, on the 7th will take place at either the Seward County Event Center, or City Hall in Kismet. On the ballot for this election are City Commission seats in both the City of Liberal and in Kismet, Mayors position in Kismet, School Board positions for USD 480 , and USD 483, and Trustee positions for Seward County Community College/Area Technical School. Also on the ballot will be the Bond question for USD 480. Canvassing of the votes will take place on Friday, April the 10th, 2009.
