Win A Bench And Help The United Way
08/05/2013

You can win a unique Ford Tailgate Bench and help out the Seward County United Way. Sarah Thompson, of Revival, created a bench out of a white Ford pickup tailgate, stained the wood seat yellow and green and then donated to the Seward County United Way. Tickets are being sold for $5 donation for one ticket and $20 donation for five tickets. All proceeds will go to the Seward County United Way to help its 27 agencies.

The winning ticket will be drawn at the Seward County United Way Campaign Kickoff on Friday, Sept. 6, at the Chamber Breakfast, Seward County Community College Area Technical School. You don’t have to be present to win.

The bench will be on display at various businesses around Liberal and can currently be seen at Southern Office Supply, 415 S. Main. Tickets are available at Southern Office Supply, Revival and the Seward County United Way office. The bench will be moved to Ruffino’s Italian Restaurant on August 8 and tickets will be available there.

For more information or to get tickets, contact the United Way office at 624-5400 or email scunitedway@sbcglobal.net
