THIS EVENING.

* TIMING...LATE THIS MORNING INTO EARLY EVENING.

* WINDS...SOUTH 25 TO 35 WITH GUSTS TO 40 MPH.

* IMPACTS...MAINLY TO TRAVELERS ON EAST TO WEST ROADWAYS WHERE
  STRONG CROSS WINDS WILL EXIST...AND PARTICULARLY AROUND GRAIN
  ELEVATORS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

WINDS THIS STRONG CAN MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR
HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. USE EXTRA CAUTION.
