Begley and Stout Swing Away at State
05/20/2013

Begley and Stout

Senior Michael Begley and junior Blake Stout of Liberal are friends.  That's a good thing because they are spending even more time together this week.  The two golfers are Liberal's representatives at the 5A state golf tournament at Brookridge in Overland Park.  Stout tees off at 9 and Begley swings away at 9:30.  Stout shot an 82 at the regional at Willow Tree last Monday for 12th place while Begley carded an 83 for 16th.  This is the first trip to state for both golfers.
