Once at the scene officers found fourteen tires which had been slashed on their lot. In addition to the tires at Clark Auto Ranch, officers also investigated four other tires being slashed on the 200 block of NE 8th street and two tires on the 100 block of NE 7th Street which had been damaged in the same manner. From the initial investigation it appears all of the incidents happened early Saturday morning before 3 AM.

Lt. Michael Arndt the Commander of the Patrol Division commented, "Our officers are looking for information from anyone who may have seen someone walking in the areas late Friday night or early Saturday morning so we can try and locate the person who did the damage to these 20 tires."

The estimated damage to all the tires is approximately $3,735.00 according to the police report.

"We hope that someone with information on this vandalism case will come forward and help us find the person responsible so the owners can get restitution for the damages they have suffered," added Chief of Police Eddie Adamson.

The Guymon Police Department is asking anyone with information to call them at 580-338-6525 or call Crimestoppers anonymously at 580-338-8593.
