THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE IS TRANSMITTED AT THE REQUEST OF THE TEXAS

COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGER AND CIMARRON COUNTY SHERIFF OFFICE.

IN TEXAS COUNTY IN OKLAHOMA...HIGHWAY 64 IS CLOSED FROM GUYMON WEST

TO THE CIMARRON COUNTY LINE DUE TO WHITEOUT CONDITIONS AND HEAVY

SNOW.

IN CIMARRON COUNTY IN OKLAHOMA...HIGHWAY 287 IS CLOSED NORTH OF

BOISE CITY TO THE COLORADO STATE LINE. HIGHWAY 64 IS CLOSED FROM THE

TEXAS COUNTY LINE TO THE NEW MEXICO STATE LINE. HIGHWAY 385 IS CLOSED

TO DALHART.
