The Lady Buffs are 14-8 are led by senior Kinzie Friesen who averages 14 points and eight rebounds per game.  Sophomore Bailey Olvera averages 10 points per game and sophomore Tarah Wiens scores seven a game.

Coach Craig Batchman is in his fourth season as head coach and has taken his last three Meade teams to state.

Meade is the #8 seed  and plays #1 seed 21-2 Jefferson County North at 3 p.m. Thursday in Manhattan.
