Lady Saints Top Butler

The Seward County Lady Saints led by just six at halftime over the Butler County Lady Grizzlies Saturday night in El Dorado. However, Seward pulled away in the second half to win 86-73.

The Lady Saints outrebounded Butler 42-30. Rachel Barnes led Seward with 27 points and eight rebounds. Megan Lassley had 16 points, while Nadia Rosario added 14.

The Lady Saints are now 21-1 overall, and 8-0 in the Jayhawk West. They will play at Hutchinson today at 5:30 p.m. The game can be heard on B107 FM and kscb.net.
