Guymon Police Seeking Burglary Suspect
01/25/2010

The Guymon Police Department is seeking help to solve burglary cases in a string of recent break-ins. Since January 12th, seven burglaries have occurred at trailer homes in the area near SE 8th Street and SW 7th Street during the evening hours while the victims were at work.

"Our patrol officers have increased patrol in the area and detectives have conducted several interviews but at this time, we have no solid leads so we are turning to the public for help," commented Guymon Chief of Police Eddie Adamson. "We are asking for anyone who has information on these residential burglaries to contact our office or call Crimestoppers to provide the information so we can hopefully apprehend anyone involved and return the things stolen to the victims."

Items taken during the burglaries include TV's, guns, jewelry, computers and money.

The Guymon Police Department can be reached at 580-338-6525 and Crimestoppers can be reached anonymously at 580-338-8593.
