LHS Boys Second at Augusta Powerlifting Meet

he Boys finished 2nd overall out of 35 teams represented.
The Girls finished 16th overall out of 34 teams represented.

Outstanding Performers/Placers:

Men’s Junior Division 9-10 grade:
Jerry Valdez - 3rd place @ 140
Rex Heronemus - 3rd place @ 220.

Men’s Division 11-12 grade:
Noel Leon - 2nd place and Best Bench @ 123
Kevin Bernabe - Best Bench @ 132
Jordan Zarate – 1st place and Best Bench and Best Squat @ 140.  Jordan also set a NEW MEET RECORD in the Bench by lifting 210 lbs.
Nolan Larkin – 3rd place @ 220

Our next meet is the Goddard Invitational February 23, 2013.
