Satanta Woman Helps A Friend
12/21/2009

One local woman is trying to make a difference in the lives of a family going through a tough time around the holiday season.

Pauline Williamson runs the T&P Tack Shop in Satanta. She recently found out her good friend Donnie Jennings was in a car accident Monday involving two 18 wheelers. He had to be airlifted to a Wichita hospital where he is currently in ICU. To make matters worse, Donnie has now contracted pneumonia.

Williamson has known the Jennings family for three years now and says they are a fun couple who are extremely generous in everything they do. So she wants to give back by raising money to help them pay their bills.

She has posted donation boxes throughout town and has set up an account in the Jennings’ name.

Williamson says even if she’s only able to raise a small amount for the couple, she will still have made a difference in their lives.
