Farm Credit Wins Celebrity Livestock Judging

Farm Credit of Southwest Kansas was the overall winner of the Celebrity

Livestock Judging Contest at Seward County Community College/Area Technical

School. The team consisted of John Lynch, Chris Charmasson, Vernon Baehler

and Celebrity Judge Ashley Harrison.

In the Agriculture Division, Farm Credit of Southwest Kansas was first,

followed by KSCB, second; Mortgages Unlimited, third; First National Bank,

fourth; and Light Angus Ranch, fifth.

High Team in the Feedlot Division was Winger Feedyard/Eisenhauer Harvesting.

In the Agriculture Affiliate Division, Byron Bird and Associates was first

with Darin Workman, Judy Williams, and Celebrity Judge Kent Williams. Second

was N & N Farms, third was Winger Feedyard/Eisenhauer Harvesting and Great

Western Dining/Texhoma Livestock, and fifth was Hatcher Land &

Cattle/Western State Bank.

High SCCC/ATS faculty member was Darin Workman.

Overall Individual winners were Zach McCracken, first; Sam Rucker, second;

Mel King, third; Craig Rucker, fourth; and Kent Williams and Alan Imler, tie

for fifth; Erin Russell, seventh; Brett Rooney, eighth; Ashley Harrison,

ninth; and Jessica Swan, tenth.
