Number 12 Lady Saints Meet Number 25 Northeastern Tonight in Green House

With wins over number 18 Western Nebraska and number 22 Hutchinson in their hip pockets, the Lady Saints look to beat another ranked team Friday night. The 10-0 Lady Saints host 25th ranked Northeastern Colorado at 6 PM for the Pizza Hut Classic. The Plainswomen are 10-1 with nine consecutive wins. Sabelle Diata, a 6'1" player from the Senegal averages 20 points per game for Northeastern. Mrashi Karumba, a 5'10" forward from England averages 16 points per game for the Plainswomen. Seward's Rachel Barnes is the KJCCC player of the week. The Seward men are 8-3 and host the Colorado Christian JV Friday night at 8 PM after big wins at home over Hutchinson (73-52) and at Barton (83-73). Seward's Marky Nolen is the KJCCC player of the week. The Pizza Hut Classic begins with the Dodge City women against Labette at 2 PM and the Conq men playing Labette at 4 PM. The Saints games will air on B107.5 and kscbnews.net.
