Tyrone's Cole Wall Wins Billy's 10 Best Scholarship

Josh Bell, Cole Wall

Tyrone's Cole Wall is the latest winner of the Billy's 10 Best Scholarship.  He receives a 350 dollar scholarship from Billy's and KLDG to the school of his choice.  Wall is Tyrone's quarterback and safety.  He and the 2-2 Bobcasts host Shattuck Friday night at 7:30.  Wall also plays baseball, basketball, and track and participates in FCA, FFA, 4H, and was a Seward County Fair attendant in August.

Billy's and KSCB will combine to give out 350 dollar scholarships to the 11 schools participating in the show for Billy's 10 Best.  Liberal is part of the Billy's 10 Best scholarship but has their own weekly Rowdy Crowd Show at 5:30 Thursday evening's on Talkradio 1270 rather than the OTS Show.   Hugoton's Colten Lissolo won the overall Billy's 10 Best scholarship in 2011.  He is playing football at Hutchinson.

This year's  winners will be announced during the next week's show.  Winners will be seniors in the football programs of the schools.  Brock Kappelmann hosts the show with Jack Jacob.  They will talk with area coaches and football players for 10 weeks this season.  Jacob will provide play-by-play for a third straight year for the Game of the Week on Friday nights on 102.7.  Rick Yearick will join him for the color commentary.  Here is the On the Sidelines and Game of the Week Schedule.
