A Day for Ducks and Chili Saturday in Blue Bonnet Park

Some lucky duck will win five thousand dollars tomorrow.  The Liberal Chamber of Commerce will give away 10 thousand dollars Saturday.  The duck race begins at 2 p.m. tomorrow in Blue Bonnet Park.  A duck costs 10 dollars or you can purchase a 6 quack for 50 dollars anywhere you see a duck sold here sign.  There will also be pony rides, giant tricycle races, a Tek Style sound off, and other games for kids.  Activities begin at 9 a.m.

KSCB’s Chili Cook Off  begins serving at 11:30.  There are 18 contestants and the deadline to sign up is noon today.  The winner receives 300 dollars plus the Dunlap Traveling Trophy.
