S.P.I.R.I.T. Conference To Be Held In Guymon

Guymon will serve as the host city for the 14th Annual S.P.I.R.I.T. Conference on September 28th and 29th. Activities for the conference will kick off on the 28th with a meeting of the Board Of Directors at 2:00pm and will conclude with a social event oat "The Bricks" from 5:00pm - 7:00pm. On Tuesday the 29th, events will begin with breakfast at the Townsman Inn at 7:00am. Other highlights of the conference include, registration, a welcome speech from the Mayor of Guymon, along with open discussion. The Keynote Address wiil be given by Oklahoma Secretary of Transportation, Gary Ridley, with reports from D.O.T representatives on their future construction plans for upgrading U.S. Highway 54 to four lanes in other states.
