Dodge City Sizzles at Willow Tree

Dodge City won the Liberal Golf Invitational at Willow Tree on a perfect day with a 291, Garden City was second with a 297, followed by Great bend 338, Hays 339,  and Liberal 349.
Austin Swender from Garden City blistered the field with a 6 under 66 and a hole in one on the 10th hole.  Dodge City's Zach Kirby shot a 2 under 70, Red Demon  Brad Hutton shot 71.
For the Redskins, Blake Stout shot a 81, Lucas Poultan shot an 86, Michael Begley shot an 89, George Fitzgerald and Calvin Peterson shot  93's and Zach Stout shot a 100.  Liberal's next tournament will be regionals at Salina minicipal golf course on the Monday starting a 9 a.m.
