LHS jumped out a a lead of 32-0 before the Lady Pioneers (1-20) finally scored with 3:44 to play in the first half. The 20-1 Lady Skins led 40-6 at halftime. LaTonya Gooden scored 15 in the win. MaKayla McPhail and Brianna Lucero scored 10 a piece. The win was Liberal's 15th in a row at home meaning they haven't lost in the 'Big House' since January 29, 2008 to Dodge City. The Liberal girls win 20 for the first time since 1987 when LHS was the state runner up. Kapaun (15-6) beat Valley Center 61-33 last night in Wichita.
