Redskins Compete at WAC Tennis Tournament

Great Bend dominated the W.A.C. tennis tournament taking 1st place in all catagories scoring 15 points.  Garden City finished in 2nd Place with 11 points, and Hays finished 3rd place with 10 points.  Dodge City took 4th and Liberal 5th place.

Individual results:

#1 Singles--Joseph Cotto battled Garden City and Dodge City to a tie-breaker before losing tough matches.  He went 0-4 on the day.

#2 Singles Bobby Solorzano went 0-4.

#1 Doubles--Adrian Amado and Cristiano fought Dodge City to the end winning a tie-breaker 8-7 (7-3).  They finished the day 1-3.

#2 Doubles--Alan Gaytan and Angel Hernandez went 0-4.

The Redskins travel to Goddard for Regionals on Friday.
