ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM CDT /9 AM MDT/ TO 8 PM
CDT /7 PM MDT/ FRIDAY.

* TIMING...STRONG WINDS WILL DEVELOP IN FAR WESTERN KANSAS BY 9
  AM AND IN DODGE CITY BY NOON.

* WINDS...WINDS WILL BE FROM THE WEST AND NORTHWEST AT 30 TO 40 MPH
  WITH GUSTS AS HIGH AS 50 MPH.

* IMPACTS...WINDS THIS STRONG CAN MAKE DRIVING
  DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. USE EXTRA
  CAUTION.
