On Friday, August 21, at about 8:13 a.m., officers were summoned to Southwest Medical Center for a report of a person who had been stabbed. Investigating officers learned that Ignacio Wolf, 32, was being treated for multiple stab wounds about his body. None of his wounds were life threatening.
Witnesses told investigating officers that Wolf had been stabbed by an acquaintance at a residence in the 400 block of South Webster several hours earlier. Officers searched the scene on South Webster and another in the 700 block of North Grant. Evidence was collected from both locations.
The suspect was known by witnesses as “Junior,” though none knew his full name. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male in his early twenties. The suspect may be travelling in a blue 1992 Chevrolet pickup with Texas tags.
The current location of the suspect is unknown. Officers are continuing the investigation of this matter.
