Markalyn Eatmon is Mead Lumber Athlete of the Week

Liberal senior jumper and sprinter Markalyn Eatmon is the Mead Lumber Athlete of the Week.  Eatmon jumped season bests in the long jump at 22’9″ and the triple jump at 43’4″.  He has also helped lead the 4×400 and 4×100 relay teams to gold medals this season.  He also played basketball at LHS.  He and the Redskin track and field teams compete at the WAC meet in Dodge City Thursday at 4.
