Man Dies in Gray County after Driving into Frozen Water

A 34-year-old Ingalls man died in a single-vehicle crash Friday morning in Gray County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol says the crash happened shortly after 10:30 a.m. on County Road 2, north of U-56.

Nicholas Davidson was northbound on County Road 2 when his vehicle went off the road. He overcorrected, lost control of the vehicle and went off the road into frozen water.

Troopers say Davidson died from his injuries
