Liberal Police Investigate A Shooting

On Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at about 2:51 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of East 8th Street for a reported shooting. A witness reported hearing gunshots at Moore’s Used Cars. No injuries were reported.
Investigating officers found evidence of multiple shots fired. Witnesses described the suspect vehicle as a silver passenger car, possibly a Chrysler 300. No motive or other suspect information was available at the scene.
