Liberal Police Department Recognizes Officers

The Liberal Police Department recently recognized officers for their work in 2017. Employee of the Year was awarded to Records Clerk Zayra Lujan, Officer of the Year was awarded to Lieutenant William Cutshall and Supervisor of the Year was awarded to Lieutenant Christopher Head.
