Lady Saints Split Sophomore Day

Seward’s last home games of the season played to mixed reviews Tuesday. Trinidad State (27-22) and Seward (41-11) split a double header with Trinidad winning game one 3-1 and Seward taking game two 8-0. Sydney Cicchetti pitched the shutout in game two. Brianna Baron, Shelby Casey, Marisa Coats, Brittany Kent, Alicia Reyes, Erin Roufosse, Serena Erpelding, and Jessica Gonzales played at Lady Saints Field for the final time Tuesday. Seward plays at Butler Thursday at 3 p.m. and at Barton Friday at 3 p.m.
