Lady Saints Find Defense Again in Win at Pratt

Seward forced 35 turnovers in route to a 77-51 win at Pratt last night. Seward led 43-22 at halftime as they improve to 21-5 overall and 9-3 in the Jayhawk West. Pratt falls to 9-16 overall and 2-9 in the Jayhawk West. Amanda Pierson led the Lady Saints with 16 points. Vaneza Junior added 13 points and nine steals. LaNell Taylor scored 11 while Bailey Crandall grabbed 10 rebounds in the win. The Lady Saints host Cloud Saturday night at 6 pm on B107.5 and kscb.net. Fans who wear pink will be admitted for free on on “Think Pink Night.” Seward will be raising money for Breast Cancer Awareness and the Sigala family after their 13 yeard old son died of cancer Friday.
