Brock Kappelmann - November 27, 2016 9:41 am

Make that 51 in a row.  Seward beat Pratt for the 51st consecutive time Saturday afternoon in the Pratt Beaver Dome, but it wasn’t easy.  Seward won 79-66 but led 35-34 at the half after Pratt led much of the second quarter.  But Joanna Grymek picked a great time for a career day posting 35 points and 16 rebounds in the win.  Clitan de Sousa had 21 points with nine rebounds.  Mollie Mounsey dropped in 13.  Manuela Fungate had nine rebounds. The #20 Lady Saints outscored the Lady Beavers 27-11 in the third quarter.   Seward shot 44 percent from the field and held Pratt to 35 percent shooting.  The Lady Saints are 7-0 and 5-0 in the Jayhawk while Pratt is 1-8 and 0-5.  Seward plays at 2016 Region 6 champ Cowley Wednesday night at 5:30 on 107.5 and kscbnews.net.
