GARDEN CITY, Kan. (AP) – Authorities in southwest Kansas say the

death of a man who was pinned under a front-end loader at a dairy

has been ruled accidental.

In a report, 21-year-old Jeffrey

Schiffer was killed Tuesday at a dairy operation in Finney County.

Schiffer worked for Garden City Tire Center.

Sheriff John Bascue says Schiffer was changing tires on a

front-end loader at the dairy when the loader slipped off a jack

and fell on him.

Authorities said Schiffer had recently moved to the area from

Colorado Springs, Colo.
