Responsibilities
Provide academic, career, financial, social/personal and transfer advisement. Conduct and/or
coordinate academic, learning style and career interest assessments. Coordinate and teach TRiO (SSS) 1st year seminar and Enrichment course with assistance from the SSS Academic Specialists. Provide grant required workshops for (SSS/TRiO) participants. Employment based on 227 work days per grant year.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Counseling, Education, Social Work or related field, required. Two years to five years of similar or related experience. Two years experience in providing student services at the postsecondary level. Awareness of the concerns facing students who are firstgeneration/lowincome may be considered an asset.

Selection Process
The search committee will conduct all minimum qualification appraisals as set forth on the position announcement and job description and reserve the right to limit the number of interviews granted. Meeting the minimum qualifications for a position does not assure the applicant an interview. Applicants selected for an interview will be notified of the time and place of the interview.
