Liberal senior center midfielder Israel Arroyo is the Mead Lumber Athlete of the Week. Arroyo had two assists in Liberal’s 3-2 win over Garden City Tuesday night. Arroyo and the 6-4 Redskins host Hays at about 3 Thursday afternoon at the Gary Cornelsen Sports Complex.
