Joe Denoyer - October 23, 2018 1:42 pm

Led by teachers, for teachers, Elevating and Celebrating Effective Teaching and Teachers
(ECET2) is a national event created and made possible by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
This convening aims to inspire and empower teachers across the country to grow, collaborate,
and lead in a variety of ways to effect change in their classrooms, schools, districts,
communities, and in the teaching profession.

USD 480 is pleased to announce the 10 individuals, selected by the ECET2 committee, who will be
recognized at the 3rd Annual ECET2 Kansas event on November 9-10 in Wichita.

Linda Snow, Bright Start Early Learning Center
Stephanie Drymalski, Meadowlark Elementary
Andrew Potter, MacArthur Elementary
Olivia Flores, Prairie View Elementary
Jose Rodriguez, Sunflower Elementary
Sylvia Villa, MacArthur Elementary
Margaret Langstaff, Cottonwood Elementary
Macayla Rome, Seymour Rogers Middle School
Daniel Minde, Eisenhower Middle School
Charlotte Sanders, Liberal High School

USD 480 is excited for our teachers to return to their schools, continuing to inspire,
empowered to grow, collaborate, and lead in ways that strengthen the teaching profession
and improve student outcomes.
