Eat at Spencer Browne’s Coffee Shop on Oct. 20 for United Way

KSCB News - October 19, 2014 8:57 pm

If you can eat, you can donate to the Seward County United Way. The third ??Eat Out for United Way? is set for 5 to 9 p.m. Monday, Oct. 20, at Spencer Browne??s Coffee House. ??This is the third time Spencer Browne??s Coffee House has had an ??Eat Out?? and we??re excited to have them as part of our program,? said Kay Burtzloff, executive director of the Seward County United Way.

It does not cost the diners anything extra. The restaurants have pledged a part of their proceeds for the night to the United Way to benefit the 26 local agencies supported by United Way.

The last ??Eat Out for United Way? will be from 5 to 10 p.m. Friday, Oct. 31, at Ruffino??s Restaurant, 2 Rock Island Road. ??United Way volunteers will be there in costume to help greet the diners,? Burtzloff said.
