Darroch Dominant in Ulysses

The Liberal softball team was dominant in a sweep over Ulysses at Ulysses Thursday. Liberal won game one 20-5 and took game two 12-2. In game one, Ramey Petty allowed just five hits in the win. Jai Chapman was 2-3 with two RBI’s while Jaycee Darroch added a double and drove home three runs.

In game two, Darroch pitched LHS to the win allowing just three hits. She smacked three base hits and drove home three. Emily Bayouth was 2-3 with three RBI’s and Kaitlin Ralston was 2-3. The LHS JV won 20-9 and 19-0. Liberal’s varsity is 3-3 and goes to Great Bend on Tuesday.
