Chris Wigner Wins Corvette After Christmas Parade

The man who won a Corvette Saturday during the Downtown Christmas Parade called it a blessing from God. The Leader and Times Newspaper publisher Earl Watt introduced Chris Wigner as the winner of a 1987 Chevy Corvette Saturday afternoon in front of the fountain in downtown Liberal. Wigner registered at the Folk Art Festival. The local newspaper put on the parade Saturday in downtown Liberal.
