: 5-State 4-H/FFA Inside Exhibits Check In
Noon to 2pm in Ag Bldg - Area 4-H/FFA youth will bring ‘inside’ exhibits in from 12pm to 2pm to be judged. This includes foods, arts and crafts, textiles, posters, gardening, entomology, & etc. The Building will be closed for judging at 2 pm. The exhibits will be on public display Thursday, July 31 at the Ag Building from 9am – 9pm each day throughout the fair until exhibits are released Sunday, Aug. 2 at 4pm.
: Hedrick's Petting Zoo Noon-9pm
Hedrick’s Educational Petting Zoo will excite people of all ages! Enjoy the educational and entertaining display of the widest variety of exotic animals. Learning is fun with our professional staff, colorful displays, informative signs, and years of experience. It’s more than a zoo; it’s an up-close experience with the animals.
Hedrick’s Educational Petting Zoo is a “hands-on” learning experience. We strive to provide each exhibit with the highest quality animals and the most professional personnel. The animals which are part of the educational exotic exhibits are specifically selected for quality from Hedrick Exotic Animal Farm, including health, disposition, and compatibility. Our animals are hand-raised and love connecting with their human companions. It is our intent to provide a safe, educational, and entertaining exotic animal exhibit suitable for all ages.

: Open Class Exhibits and Entries 3-6pm
in Ag Bldg - Open Class Entries will be accepted and checked in at this time. You will find the Open Class Exhibits in the Ag Building on the West end.
: Pride of Texas Carnival 6-11pm
Pride of Texas Shows is a family owned and operated amusement company, providing rides, games, and food concessions to fairs, festivals, carnivals and events throughout the state of Texas. Owned and operated by Doug and Christopher Barton, Pride of Texas operates a variety of amusement attractions for all ages including the Power Surge, Blizzard, Tilt-A-Whirl, Giant Gondola Wheel, and the Zipper which was once owned by Michael Jackson at his Neverland Ranch.
: Gospel Sing-Off Winners 7pm
@ Grandstands - The winners from the Gospel Sing-Off will perform before Susie McEntire takes the stage.

@ Grandstands - Susie McEntire Eaton's smile is a genuine one -- and a familiar one. With more than a passing physical resemblance to her sister, Reba McEntire, Susie also shares her big sister’s musical giftings. However, more than her notoriety, it is Susie’s kindness and determination in the midst of difficulties and her genuine compassion for others that inspires people around her.
: Picnic in the Park @ Noon Rescheduled
to August 6th. We will have Grace Crossman performing at 11:30am and then Katelyn Draper will be performing at 12:00 (noon) for Picnic in the Park which is held in Tobias Park. This will be our City Employee Appreciation Picnic, so we will have hamburgers and hotdogs for sale or you can bring your own lunch. See you there!
