Construction Begins at Mid America Air Museum

Big things are happening at the Mid-America Air Museum! New and updated exhibits, new paint in the lobby, a new roof, and construction begins this week to make the entrance ADA compliant. You probably recall, our current ramp is quite a mountain. It is being removed so the new handicap accessible entrance can be put in.
Please note, during this construction the temporary entrance will be the far southwest door. Once you pull in to the parking lot, park at the back (near the fence) and use that door. Staff will be there to greet you, provide museum information, and answer any questions. For the duration of this project, admission will be free to all guest. The MAAM apologizes for any inconvenience.
